Amigo Driving Academy Terms & Conditions

Lesson cancellations - All lessons:

A minimum of 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson or the pupil will be liable for the full tuition fee.

All courses

Must be paid in advance and in full in order to book the course.

Intensive courses

Must be paid in advance and in full to book the course.
Refund only possible AFTER the 2 hour intensive assessment lesson - a charge for the assessment lesson will be deducted.
All intensive courses must be finished within a specific time (depending on which intensive course is taken).
A 10 hour block must be completed within 7 consecutive days - subject to instructor availability.
A 20 hour block must be completed within 14 consecutive days - subject to instructor's availability.
A 30 hour block must be completed within 21 consecutive days - subject to instructor's availability.

Driving test

The Amigo Driving Academy driving instructor has the final say on whether a pupil is ready to take the driving test or not.
Amigo Driving Academy reserves the right to refuse the use of the driving school car to be used for the driving test.
When pupils are in charge of the car on the driving test - they are responsible for any tickets / fines / charges that may occur whilst the car is in their possession.

The Amigo Driving Academy Instructor will provide the following level of service to the client:

Always honour the full 2 hour time of the lesson.
Provide a professional, structured training programme, and to advise the most appropriate training material to use for both the theory and practical tests.
To provide feedback after each lesson.
